Schuetz, Steve
Assistant Professor of Psychology
Steve earned his Bachelors in General Studies (Psychology, History and Social Sciences), M.A. in Counseling and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed his internship at the University of Florida’s Counseling Center and is currently working toward licensure in Missouri.
Research Interests
Steve’s interests include mentorship; spirituality; affect regulation; the effects of family of origin dynamics on adult functioning and trauma; and the development of self within the context of the environment.
Organizations
Steve is a member of the American Psychological Association, Division 17 (Counseling Psychology).
