Federal Perkins Loan Deferment and Cancellation Forms
The UCM Office of Student Financial Services provides for Federal Perkins Loan deferments and cancellations, as follows:
- Deferment forms are used by a student making an initial request for a deferment of payment.
- Cancellation forms are used after you have completed your first full year of employment.
