Reinstatement Guidelines For UCM Scholarships Awarded Prior to Fall 2008
A student who fails to meet the renewal criteria of a UCM scholarship received (for the first time) prior to the 2008 Fall semester may request a file review when his/her overall cumulative grade point average meets or exceeds that required for reinstatement, provided the student has also earned at least 24 undergraduate credit hours during the twelve months prior to the semester of reinstatement.
A file review may be requested by former recipients of the renewable scholarships listed below. Students who meet or exceed the reinstatement criteria for their former scholarship may request a file review by completing and submitting this brief form prior to the fourth week of the semester.
