Renewal Criteria for UCM Scholarships Awarded Fall 2008 or Fall 2009 |
| Community College Transfer Student Scholarship |
Value: Amount Varies (to be used only for the payment of University tuition, non-resident fees, campus housing, and meal plan costs). Renewability: Automatically renewed for recipients who earn at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester at UCM, remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation), and maintain a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25. The Community College Transfer Student Scholarship may be received for a maximum of six (6) semesters of undergraduate study. |
Midwest Student Exchange Program |
Value: 50% of the non-resident portion of the student's fees. Students are responsible for the remaining 50% of the non-resident portion of the fees plus the in-state tuition rate. Cannot be received in conjunction with other programs that cover all or partial non-resident fees. Renewability: Automatically renewed for recipients who earn at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester at UCM, remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation), maintain a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25 and maintain residency in Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota or Wisconsin. |
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship |
Value: $500 per semester (to be used only for the payment of University tuition, non-resident fees, campus housing, and meal plan costs). Renewability: Automatically renewed for recipients who earn at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester at UCM, remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation), and maintain a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25. The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship may be received for a maximum of six (6) semesters of undergraduate study at UCM. |
Red & Black Scholarship |
Value: Amount Varies (to be used only for the payment of University tuition, non-resident fees, campus housing, and meal plan costs). |
Second Generation Grant |
Value: Non-Resident Fees for non-residents of Missouri who are children or grandchildren of UCM alumni (to be used only for payment of non-resident fees). Cannot be received in conjunction with other programs that cover all or partial non-resident fees. Renewability: Automatically renewed for recipients who earn at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester at UCM, remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation), and achieve a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25 upon completion of the second semester and every semester thereafter. The Second Generation Grant may be received for a maximum of eight (8) semesters of undergraduate study at UCM. |
Transfer Student Scholarship |
Value: Amount Varies (to be used only for the payment of University tuition, non-resident fees, campus housing, and meal plan costs). Renewability: Automatically renewed for recipients who earn at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per semester at UCM, remain in good academic standing (not on academic probation), and maintain a minimum cumulative UCM grade-point average of 3.25. The Transfer Student Scholarship may be received for a maximum of six (6) semesters of undergraduate study. |
