Jean Nuernberger, MSW, LCSW, LMSW (University of Kansas, 1988), Chair of the Department of Communication Disorders and Social Work, Associate Professor of Social Work. Professor Nuernberger teaches primarily introduction to social work and the social work practice courses. She also serves as the Faculty Advisor to the UCM chapter of Phi Alpha Honor Society, a national social work honor society.
