UCM offers two ABET-accredited degrees--Occupational Safety and Health, and Industrial Hygiene.
The University of Central Missouri’s Safety Sciences programs are designed to enhance undergraduate and graduate students’ professional success in the fields of health and safety.
Safety professionals can find careers in a wide variety of organizations, companies and departments as environmental, health and safety specialists, safety managers, industrial hygienists, risk managers and more.
UCM’s department of Safety Sciences offers two undergraduate programs, two specialized minors and two master's programs. Those in search of their master's degree in Industrial Hygiene have the advantage of experiencing the only ABET accredited graduate program in Missouri.
