VIII. Amendments
Support Staff Organizational Guidelines
Amendments to these guidelines may be proposed by a Support Staff Council member. Proposed amendments must be made in writing at least 30 calendar days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting, with copies distributed in advance to each Support Staff Council member. Adoption will be by a two-thirds majority vote of elected council members, with proxy voting disallowed. Final approval is subject to action of the council.
