Support Staff Organizational Guidelines

A.       Meetings

The Support Staff Council is regularly scheduled to meet once each month.  Special meetings may be called by either the Support Staff Council president or the Executive Committee. The Support Staff Council meetings are open to all UCM employees.

B.        Cancellations

In the absence of the president and the vice president the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled.  Meetings will not be conducted by the council secretary or treasurer.

C.        Absences

Support Staff Council members who cannot attend a scheduled meeting should inform the council president prior to the meeting time.  Refer to Section III.C.3.
