We must receive this form no later than July 1, 2013 if you want to be guaranteed the opportunity to take the institutional TOEFL. If we receive this form later than July 1, 2013, you will be placed on stand-by and will receive a test only if available. The institutional TOEFL should be taken if you are a conditionally admitted student for the Fall 2013 semester who would like the opportunity to move to regular courses. If you are a conditional student and you do not meet the minimum TOEFL requirements, you will enroll in the Intensive English Program. Students who wish to enroll in the Intensive English Program can take the TOEFL as a placement guide so that you can enroll in the courses most appropriate for you. Be sure to plan your visa interview so that you can register for the Institutional TOEFL by July 1, 2013 and make your travel plans in order to arrive in time to be ready for the test on August 12, 2013. The cost of the Institutional TOEFL is $40. Cost will be billed to your student account.
