Construction Management
This collegiate program prepares individuals to enter and prosper in a construction management career. A construction management career focuses on the production of the "built environment." The basic philosophy that governs the construction management discipline is concerned with the development of competencies regarding the principles of money management, teamwork, information management, and personnel management.
UCM’s Construction Management Program is fully accredited by The American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) and The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE).
The curriculum has been carefully balanced to provide the future graduate with the technical theory, 'hands on' knowledge, management skill, and communication know-how needed to manage the construction process from beginning to end.
