A 14-acre traffic-safety training facility, the park includes a system of training roadways used to teach traffic safety skills, such as maneuvering, off-road recovery, and skid control. Also part of the facility are an observation tower and the 10,000-square-foot Marshall Building that houses classrooms, offices and a garage.
