Visiting & Other Students
No one at Central Missouri leads a cookie-cutter life. Central Missouri is a diverse place, with undergraduate students from 65 nations, hundreds of adult students, and students from all races and backgrounds.
If you are not applying as a freshman, transfer, or international student, you probably fit into one of the following categories and should follow the application steps for visiting and other students.
Visiting College Student: You’re currently attending another college or university, but you want to attend Central Missouri for a semester and then transfer back to your home institution. You must apply for admission and pay the $30 application fee. No transcripts are needed.
Visiting High School Student: You’re currently a high school junior or senior who has permission to enroll in a limited number of university-level courses. You must apply for admission and pay the $30 application fee.
Post-Baccalaureate Applicant: You’ve received a baccalaureate degree at an accredited institution and want to complete either a subsequent undergraduate degree or the requirements for certification in a particular field. In this case, you must apply and a $30 nonrefundable application fee is required, unless you received your degree from UCM.
Readmitted Student: You’ve attended Central Missouri in the past, experienced an interruption in your studies, and want to return. In this case, you do not have to pay another application fee when you return, but you must submit another application.
