Information Desk
The Elliott Union Information Desk, located on the main level of the union in the atrium area, provides information about the UCM campus, union events, the Warrensburg community, laptop rental, as well as any other services.

Table Tents
To improve the presentation of information provided to students in the dining halls and union during the academic year, 6-sided table tent displays are available on the dining tables. Click here to find out how student organizations and departments can use the table tents. Table tent forms may be filled out and turned in at the Information Desk located in the Elliott Union Atrium.
Union Digital Signage System
Campus organizations have the opportunity to have their advertising displayed on the Union Digital Signage System. Read the guidelines and fill out the form to have your advertisement posted on the screen next to the Information Desk.
A-frame Chalkboards
There are two A-frame chalkboards available for use in conjunction with events held in Café Rouge. If interested in using the A-frames for a café event, complete this form and return it to Union 307.
Fundraising Cards
In order to give student groups the opportunity to raise funds for their organizations, the Union Bowling Center in cooperation with Chick-fil-A has made fundraising cards available. Each card includes ten coupons: four coupons for one free game, four coupons for buy one get one free games and two coupons for a free small fountain beverage. Display Cases
The Information Desk offers attractive display cases for your organization's needs. The seven cases on the lower level and 17 cases on the main level each offer approximately a 4' x 6' display area. Stop by the Information Desk or call 660-543-4052.
Rolling Boards
The Information Desk offers rolling boards for your promotional and educational needs. Any of the four rolling boards can be strategically placed for view by a constant flow of people. Use one or both sides of the 5' x 4' viewing area. Stop by the Information Desk or call 660-543-4052.
Mail
The Elliott Union Information Desk handles outgoing campus mail and off-campus mail.
Locker Rentals
The Information Desk offers 73 12" x 34" x 10" lockers for rent, conveniently located on the lower level by the University Store and Union Station. Combination locks are provided. Stop by the Information Desk or call 660-543-4052. The Union Bowling Center also has smaller lockers available for rent. Call 660-543-4375 for more information.
Lost & Found
The Union Information Desk handles lost and found items for the entire campus. Items found on campus should be brought to the Information Desk. Check with the info desk if you have lost an item.
