Transcripts and Advising
Transcripts
The Office of the Registrar will manage all of your official academic records, such as transcripts, grades, degree audits and enrollment. To be fully admitted to UCM, the Office of the Registrar must have all of your transcripts from any colleges or universities you have attended. You may send them to:

Academic Advising
Your academic adviser will be your biggest helper at UCM when it comes to selecting courses, enrolling and keeping you on track to graduate. Your academic college or department will assign your adviser to you. We encourage all students to meet with their adviser once a semester to make sure they are enrolling in the right classes and are on track to graduate on time.
Transfer Student Advising
As a transfer student, you will work closely with the Gateway Advising and Major Exploration Center upon entering UCM. The Gateway Center will help you with transcript evaluation, initial advising and enrollment, and the review of exceptions to university policy for unique circumstances. The Gateway Center also provides academic advising services for Open Option and General Studies students.
