The Gold Star Award
The Gold Star Award for Excellence in Prevention
Greek Fraternities and Sororities need to be recognized for their contributions in the field of prevention. For this reason, GAMMA is encouraging fraternities and sororities to participate in a number of alcohol free events, late night programming and educational programs. GAMMA has devised a point system in which to fairly judge the sorority and fraternity that contributes the most in the area of prevention. Click here for information about the point system. To get points for alcohol free and alcohol education programs, make sure to fill out the corresponding point request forms. All forms should be turned in by your GAMMA delegate at the GAMMA general body meetings.
This short assessment can help you look at your personal drinking habits. Once you have read through the results you can print a certificate on the last page and turn it into your chapter delegate or a GAMMA exec member.
