Enrollment Validation Policy for 2nd Half Semester Classes
Posted: 10/4/2013 - Be sure to attend each class on the 1st day the class is scheduled to meet or if you are unable to attend on the first day, you must contact each class instructor prior to the first class day to indicate your intention to continue enrollment. Notify your instructor by email. Contact information for instructors can be found at http://www.ucmo.edu/search/
The enrollment validation procedure does not apply to online/hybrid classes.
This procedure is heavily dependent upon communication between students and faculty. Therefore it is critically important that you check your UCMO student email account often.
DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOUR INSTRUCTOR HAS REPORTED YOUR ABSENCE. ENROLLMENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT. IF YOU FAIL TO DROP THE CLASS, YOU WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLASS AND WILL RECEIVE A GRADE OF "F", EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE CLASS.
