Through the University of Central Missouri’s Sculpture emphasis, students develop their creative talents and technical skills. You will learn to use traditional and contemporary forms of expression to develop your own unique visual language, through instruction from highly experienced and practicing faculty and guided hands-on experience in studio classes.

Mr. Matthew Zupnick received his MFA in sculpture from The State University of New York, Albany. His sculptures are primarily made from traditional materials such as bronze, steel and wood. The primary motivation and inspiration for his imagery are historical and current world events, human interactions, and the way we treat our environment. He has exhibited widely throughout the United States.
Students in the Sculpture program are required to purchase a laptop beginning Fall 2019. More information will be added at a later date.
