Through the University of Central Missouri’s Printmaking emphasis, students develop their creative talents and technical skills. You will learn to use traditional and contemporary forms of expression to develop your own unique visual language, through instruction from highly experienced and practicing faculty and guided hands-on experience in studio classes.

Mr. Mark Farris received his MFA in Printmaking from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Mr. Farris teaches printmaking courses at all levels including letter press. In his studio practice he creates large-scale installation-based relief prints that explore concepts and implications of biodiversity, medical technology, and hybridity.
Students in the Printmaking program are required to purchase a laptop beginning Fall 2019. More information will be added at a later date.
