Mental Fitness for November 13 & 16: Healthier Thinking Habits

How we think affects our experience of events- how we feel and respond. Some habits of thinking trip us up because the thoughts may be distorted or do not accurately reflect reality. Learn how to be more aware of your thought patterns and strategies for change.

WHEN: Mondays and Thursdays 3:00-4:30pm (same content both days)

WHERE: Rec Center Classroom

WHO: Free to all students

Be watching for a new topic each week in our new Mental Fitness Workshop series aimed at helping students strengthen their skills to face life's challenges. Students attending 5 workshops in a year will earn credit on the Experience Transcript. For faculty and staff who would like to include Mental Fitness workshops as class assignments or extra credit, students will receive proof of attendance via email.
