Mental Fitness for February 12 & 13: Perfectionism & Procrastination

We all put pressures on ourselves to be successful. This workshop will focus on challenging our own perfectionism, exploring why we procrastinate, and tools to combat procrastination

WHEN: Mondays and Tuesdays 3:30-4:45pm (same content both days)

WHERE: Rec Center Classroom WHO: Free to all students

Watch for a new topic each week in our Mental Fitness Workshop series aimed at helping students strengthen their skills to face life's challenges. Students attending 5 workshops in a year will earn credit on the Experience Transcript. For faculty and staff who would like to include Mental Fitness workshops as class assignments or extra credit, students will receive proof of attendance via email.
