Harriet C. Frazier has retired as professor emeritus of criminal justice after 22 years of service at Central.
Frazier received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned a master’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and doctorate from Wayne State University, Wayne, Neb. Frazier received a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Frazier came to Central in 1975 as an associate professor with the department of criminal justice. She also worked hard to stay attuned to changes in her field and participated in many scholarly activities.
She welcomes the freedom retirement offers and looks forward to pursuing interests outside the classroom.
