UCM’s Ethical Strategic Leadership master’s program challenges you to learn and apply strategic leadership skills to foster organizational success, including:

The 30-credit hour MS-ESTL program offers distinctive coursework delivered two nights per week at the state-of-the-art UCM Missouri Innovation Campus in Lee's Summit.  Our unique plan of study fits a variety of career paths and helps you build the leadership skills essential for today’s global and challenging business environment.  That means you can complete your degree in just 21 months while balancing your professional and personal commitments.


Courses are taught by distinguished faculty with real-world experience and academic understanding. This AACSB-accredited, cohort-based program emphasizes peer learning among students with diverse professional experiences.  You – and your employer – will realize the value in the program’s leadership development and applied learning experiences.


Admissions Criteria

The MS in Ethical Strategic Leadership is a professional degree program for working adults.  To be considered for admission into the program, you will need to submit the following:

  • A resume which typically documents at least three years of professional work experience following the undergraduate degree.

  • A formal, written document outlining the applicant’s personal and professional goals in relationship to the MS-ESTL program.

  • A formal interview with the MS-ESTL program coordinator and one (or more) members of the MS-ESTL faculty to assess the applicant’s ability to engage successfully in graduate-level coursework.

  • An undergraduate degree successfully completed in any discipline.
