Tyler Hirlinger, instructor of marketing, earned his M.B.A. from UCM in 2016.  Prof. Hirlinger joined the marketing faculty in Spring 2017 and currently teaches Professional Sales and Professional Speaking and Presentation courses.  Hirlinger also coaches UCM's State Farm Sales Competition, National Collegiate Sales Competition, and International Collegiate Sales Competition teams.

Dr. Ginger Killian, associate dean and assistant professor of marketing, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. Killian joined the marketing faculty in 2013 and has taught Marketing Policy, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Theory MBA course.

Dr. Todd McClure, Interim Department Chair and assistant professor of marketing earned his Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Dr. McClure currently teaches the Marketing Policy course in the IBE block, Services Marketing, and Sports Marketing.

Dr. Charles Schwepker, Rand and Kelly Harbert Distinguished Professor of Marketing, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Memphis. Dr. Schwepker currently teaches Advanced Professional Selling, Interntional Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communications and is faculty advisor for the American Marketing Association and the State Farm Marketing and Sales Competition.

Dr. Scott Smith, professor of marketing, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Smith has been at UCM since 2003 and teaches Consumer Behavior and the Strategic Marketing MBA course. He is also the advisor of the American Marketing Association and Enactus.
