The Employee Recognition program was established to highlight the achievements of all UCM employees. The program strives to recognize employees who add the extra effort needed to perform their responsibilities in an outstanding manner.
The Office of Human Resources accepts nominations for employee recognition on an on-going basis. The purpose is to acknowledge outstanding individual and team performance that is above and beyond what is normally expected.
All nominations need to include the nominating person's contact information and a detailed explanation of why the nominee should be selected. Specific facts, data, and observations will assist the Employee Recognition Committee in making their final quarterly selections.
Remember: Be sure to read all of the evaluation criteria before completing the nomination form. This form is the only basis in which award selections are made, so it is important for nominations to include information illustrating how the team or employee meets award criteria.Nominations can be routed or emailed to Human Resources.
