Department of Theatre Presents 'The Three Musketeers'

WARRENSBURG, MO (April 13, 2011) - Tickets are now available for the University of Central Missouri Department of Theatre production of "The Three Musketeers" by Ken Ludwig. The play will be presented April 19-23 at 7:30 p.m. in the James L. Highlander Theatre under the direction of John Wilson, professor of theatre.

The box office, located in Wood 128, is open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays. Tickets for "The Three Musketeers" are $12 for the general public, $10 for faculty, staff, and senior citizens, and $7 for students. Tickets may be reserved by calling the box office at 660-543-8811. Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted.

Ryan McIntire returns to his alma mater as a Meridith Harmon Sauer Guest Artist as the fight choreographer for the production. After earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Performance from UCM, Ryan received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Regents University. He has been a member of the Society of American Fight Directors since 2002 and has taught classes and workshops in all aspects of armed and unarmed fight choreography for stage and film.

UCM students featured in this production are Justin Barron as D’Artagnan, Pancha Brown as Sabine, Joe Burkard as D’Artangnan’s Father/Cardinal’s Guard, Brie Winter as D’Artagnan’s Mother/Mother Superior/Abbes/others, Matthew Westermeyer as Athos, Geoffery Pottorff as Porthos, Brandon Case as Aramis, Derek Trautwein as Cardinal Richelieu, Deanna Mazdra as Milady, Tyler Hammond as Rochefort, James Rose as Monsieur de Treville/Duke of Buckingham/Innkeeper, Katie Replogle as Queen Anne/Adele/Sister, Bob Wearing as King Luis XIII/Fache, Kinsey Parker as Constance/Wench, Ben Whitcomb as Basille/Debris/Cardinal’s Guard, Adam Smith as Ravanche/Cardinal’s Guard, and Adam Tucker as Cardinal’s Guard.
