Student Progress Reports
Faculty members are required to report Student Progress Report grades of D and F for undergraduate students and C-F for graduate students. Student Progress Reports are due by noon on Tuesday during the 7th week of classes during Fall and Spring semesters. Student Progress Reports are not reported for summer semester.
Grades can be entered through MyCentral using the "Faculty" tab and selecting the "Student Progress Reports" (SPR) link.
Pursuant to federal guidelines, a "Last Attend Date" must be entered for any student who is being assigned a grade of "F". If the student never attended the course and was not reported or dropped for Enrollment Verification, use the first day of the course as the last attend date. If the student has continued to attend the course and is earning an "F" grade, use the Student Progress Report due date (the Tuesday of week 7) as the last attend date.
For those using INB Banner instead of MyCentral to enter grades, the Student Progress Report grades can be reported on "SFASLST", but last attend dates for F grades must be entered on "SFAALST".
First-Half Semester Grades
Final grades for first-half semester and any alternative part of term classes that end before the ninth week of the semester (Example: CADD 1105) will be due by noon on the Tuesday of the ninth week of the semester. These grades will be processed so that they show on UCM transcripts and Central Degree Audits. Student academic standing will not be determined until the end of the semester after the final grade roll.
Final grades for second-half semester and full semester classes are always due at noon on the Tuesday following finals week.
For classes that end between the 9th and 16th weeks of the semester, instructors may enter grades at any time; however, grades will be processed at the end of the semester (the Tuesday after finals week). So, if grades are posted early, students will not have access to their grades until the Wednesday following final exams.

If you have any students auditing your courses, please report a grade of "NC" for these students.
A report of missing grades is available in ARGOS in the Academic Department Reports folder, Grade Information subfolder.
Watch for reminders via email regarding deadlines for Student Progress Reports, first-half semester grades, and final grades.
Instructors may make changes to grades assigned on the original grade sheet in MyCentral through Tuesday at noon during the week they are due. Any grade changes needed after this time must be submitted via the "Change Student Grade" form in MyCentral.
Summer Session Grades
Final grades for the summer sessions that end before the end of the full summer term will be due by noon on the Tuesday following the end of the session. The schedule for summer 2016 is as follows:
Session F (1st 6 week session): Noon on Tuesday, June 28th
Session G (2nd 6 week session): Noon on Tuesday, July 12th
Session K (8 week session): Noon on Tuesday, July 26th
Session H (3rd 6 week session): Noon on Tuesday, August 9th
Session L (12 week session): Noon on Tuesday, August 9th
