TRIO-SSS Introductory Math Courses
Math Courses 3 semester hours each
TRIO math classes help students get over the fear of math, build confidence, and prepare for their required college math courses.
AE 0131-Math I reviews fractions and decimals and introduces negative numbers and linear equations. Math I does not count toward graduation requirements, but if you NEED it to pass the next course, take it now. It’s FREE.
AE 1132 - Math II includes graphing, polynomials, factoring, and quadratic equations to prepare students for Intermediate Algebra. Math II is an elective credit, meets Planned Placement requirement, and substitutes for AE 1030. And it’s FREE!
