Crisis Services

The Counseling Center staff support survivors of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking by providing these immediate services to individuals of all genders and sexual orientations:

  • Confidential listening, support and referrals in a private, safe environment
  • Explanation of options for reporting the crime and seeking disciplinary action on or off campus
  • Explanation of the process for obtaining orders of protection
  • Assistance with safety planning
  • Help with questions about what sexual assault, partner violence or stalking involves
  • Help with ways to help a friend or loved one in crisis
  • Assistance with individual concerns
