Dr. Meera Penumetcha

Meera Penumetcha is an associate professor who joined the UCM faculty in the fall of 2016.  After working as a clinical dietitian for 8 years, she received her Ph.D. in Nutrition and Health Sciences.  She worked as a postdoctoral fellow, with an emphasis in teaching.  At UCM, Penumetcha teaches in the area of Nutrition and is focused on engaging students in research, collaborating with multidisciplinary faculty across campus.
