Dr. Suhansa (Sue) Rodchua is a professor in the School of Technology at University of Central Missouri (UCM). Currently, Dr. Sue is a program coordinator for the MS in Industrial Management, MS in Technology, and PhD in Technology Management at UCM. She worked as an assistant project manager for the consulting company Automated Fingerprint Identification System, a US$17.5 million turnkey project. Later on, she moved to the manufacturing section, working as a cost and production analyst in the textile industry responsible for analyzing costs of products and efficiency of workers, improving productivity, and providing recommendations to upper management.

Dr. Sue holds professional certifications in PMI-PMP, ASQ-CQM/OE, and ATMAE–CTM. Regarding scholarly and service activities, Dr. Sue has published 2 books and some other peer-reviewed publications, and has presented research papers at national and international conferences. In the past 11 years, she has served as an advisor for the ASQ Student Chapter and worked with graduate students in the fields of quality management and Lean Six Sigma.

 

Dr. Sue is scheduled to travel to Japan in 2023 to complete a lean training program, including visits to Japanese companies for management-level discussions on lean manufacturing implementation and Japanese management practices.
