SSI- Student Satisfaction Inventory
A total of 1,1817 students completed the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) in spring 2007. The purpose of the survey was to guage the extent to which UCM meets or exceeds the expectations of students. Using a scale of 1 to 7, students were asked to rate 73 items by level importance and indicate how satisfied they are that UCM is meeting their expectations and needs in each area. The following is a summary of major findings.
