Research Interests
Dr. Yousef's research involves computer simulation, statistical analysis, and modeling related to accelerated life testing in a trenchless technology setting. In particular, he is interested in accelerated life testing of pipe liners used for underground pipe rehabilitation. His interest is in simulating the system under varying stress conditions, as can occur in the field, in order to determine the probabilities of survival and risks associated with the installation of a pipe liner of a given type. Also, he is interested in interdisciplinary research related to business and biostatistics.
