Oversee all meetings, attends Student Government meetings, and oversee all programming hosted by The Spotlight |

Take minutes at all meetings and distributes, maintains program folders, and prepares agendas |

Promotes Spotlight events, leads marketing effors for Spring Fling and Fun Before Finals and assist coordinator with marketing ideas |

Recruits members to the Spotlight, keeps attendance record of general body meetings, and plan fun activities at general body meetings |

Hosts comedians Plan monthly films for students to enjoy for free and keeps record of concession stand supplies for all events Plan educational event throughout the semester Plan late night and weekend events like Bingo, Trivia Night, Murders in the Library and many more Pride and Traditions Coordinator Host events to promote school spirit such as Blackout Games, Veteran Appreciation and Tailgates Recreation & Leisure Coordinator Plan recreation activities during the day as well as a few evening activities. Events include Casino Night, Mini Golf, Prize Cab and Indoor Soccer Tournaments Social Media Relations Coordinator Promotes Spotlight through Social Media as well as takes pictures at events |
