Descriptions

Boot Camp - Have you been training hard and need an extra push to keep you going? This class is designed to progressively increase your fitness capacity by incorporating cardio, squats, lunges, core, push-ups, and muscular strength and endurance. Boot Camp will help you shift from weak to ripped in a matter of weeks!!!

Core - Target and challenge the abdominals, back, and hips in this intense and dynamic workout. You will learn how to effectively strengthen the core using proper form and technique! By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture and ward off low back pain!

Doxa - Doxa collaborates pilates, stretching, yoga, and aerobics all into an enriched full body workout. Join us for this fun and broad exercise session, it is definitely rewarding!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - Need an exciting full-body workout that meets your training goals and only takes up an hour of your day? Then high intensity interval training may be perfect for you! This workout couples intervals of high intensity exercises to recovery intervals of low to moderate intensity exercises, leaving you fully satisfied and pumped for the rest of the day! Exercises will range from aerobic, anaerobic, to muscular strength and endurance training.

Kick Boxing Circuit - A circuit training experience that will help relieve stress, burn fat, build muscular strength and endurance, increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and improve agility and balance. Exercises will range from weight training, abdominal work, body-weight resistance, running, jumping, to foot work, throwing punches and kicking. You do not need to have any experience or skills in kick boxing to enjoy this workout-- come join us for a lunch break that will be sure to relieve stress and achieve your fitness goals!!!

Morning Rush - Start your day off right with an exercise routine that will leave you ready to conquer all of your daily challenges! This class incorporates a variety of exercises to work the entire body, focusing on muscular strength and endurance, core, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and general conditioning. Morning rush is guaranteed to jump start your day into a positive rush!!!

Spin - A great low-impact workout! Your instructor will guide you over a variety of terrain with several modes of training styles: Strength, Endurance, and Interval training. Every ride is your ride, so you have the ability to adjust your intensity making this class great for beginners AND advanced cyclists alike! Space is limited to the first 20 participants. Or try The Long Ride- Stretch out your time on the road by attending our longer 60-minute ride.

TRX - TRX stands for “Total-Body Resistance Exercise.” This class will introduce you to the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX is a safe and effective training tool for people of all fitness levels! TRX is a revolutionary method of Suspension Training that uses your body weight for exercise and will help you achieve any fitness or performance goal!

Weight Training for Women (WWT) - This class is for women who would like to learn new routines of strength training and to gain confidence in the weight room. Learn how to work each muscle group using our machines and free weights, while toning and strengthening your entire body. Both women who are accustomed to working hard and women who do not have experience in resistance training would love this class- all will experience results that you can see and feel!!!

Yoga - Hatha classes place emphasis on physical alignment, understanding of correct anatomical movement, and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body, developing more healthful movement; relaxations techniques help with stress more effectively. Classes are open to student questions or requests, and vary from week to week.

Zumba - Check out the dance craze that is sweeping the nation! Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves! No dance experience required.

Zumba Gold - Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
