Tina Walker graduated high school from North Andrew R-VI in Rosendale, MO, attended vocational school in Maryville, MO studying electronics, and is currently working on a BS degree at UCM. Tina is a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. She is involved in research relating to office professionals' roles in advising and the relationship between attendance and course grades. Tina presented her research at the 2013 Annual Convention of the American Psychological Association and will also present research at the 2014 APA Convention.
She moved to the Warrensburg area in 1994 and has since worked in various places throughout the community until she started as on office professional in the Department of Psychological Science in June of 2005. Tina received the Excellence in Performance Staff Award in 2013 from the College of Health, Science, and Technology. She was also the recipient of the 2013 Outstanding Support Staff Award at the University of Central Missouri.
