State ID / Driver's License Letter Request

Put 'N/A' if you do not have a first name.
After 1 July 2005, non-U.S. citizens in F-1 or J-1 status will not be issued a multiple year driver's license. Since the I-94 card is marked D/S for "Duration of Status," the license will only be valid for one year and will need to be renewed each year of student or visiting faculty status.
Be aware that security clearance may delay receipt of your driver's license for 6-8 weeks and that you cannot drive until the card arrives.

Missouri laws require an applicant for a State ID or a Driver's License to have a Social Security Number (SSN) or a letter from the Social Security Administration regarding the status of the applicant’s Social Security Number (known as a *no-SSN letter*). Please make sure you have these documents before applying.
