Services
Free help is available for UCM employees and students who smoke, dip or chew.
If you are seeking more information on tobacco cessation, weight management and stress management there is a guide available for students and employee.
UCM is pleased to offer free assistance to help you achieve your goal of becoming tobacco-free.
This tobacco cessation service includes:
- up to 4 meetings with a trained coach
- a personalized quit plan
- free nicotine replacement (patches, gum or lozenges)
- free follow-up support
This new tobacco-free lifestyle program is confidential, free and convenient. Your coach will help you feel comfortable as you work toward the goals you set, offering you encouragement and suggesting strategies informed by current research.
We know friends and family can help or hinder your efforts to quit. Roommates and family members who live with you are also welcome to participate in our program at no cost.
