Department of Aviation

Welcome to the Department of Aviation at the University of Central Missouri. The department offers four bachelor degree programs in Aviation, different career options, and a masters degree with a major in Aviation Safety. Beginning in summer of 2010, selected master degree program courses will be offered online.

The Aviation Accreditation Board International (AAB International) has accredited the following career program options offered in the B.S. degree programs. Professional Pilot, Airport Management, Flight Operations Management.

Alumni Success in Aviation  

Central Missouri's alumni are employed in all facets of the aviation industry, including pilots, aircraft maintenance managers, airport managers, and design engineers. The list of companies that employ aviation alumni includes all of the major and regional airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and local and state aviation and airport agencies.
