Department of Aviation

Welcome to the Department of Aviation at University of Central Missouri.  The department offers a bachelor degree program in Aviation Technology with five different career options, and a masters degree with a major in Aviation Safety

The Aviation Accrediation Board International (AAB International) has accredited the following career program options offered in the B.S. degree program:  Professional Pilot, Airport Management, Flight Operations Management, Systems Design Technology, and Avionics Management.

Alumni Success in Aviation  

Central Missoui's alumni are employed in all facets of the aviation industry, including pilots, aircraft maintenance managers, airport managers, and design engineers. The list of companies that employ aviation alumni includes all of the major and regional airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and local and state aviation and airport agencies.
