MUSIC EDUCATION EMPHASIS
General
The Department of Music is proud to offer a new Master of Arts in Music - Music Education emphasis, designed for band, choir, and orchestra directors interested in completing their degree in three summer sessions. The traditional, resident student MA with Music Education is still available as well. The new MA is designed with a conducting emphasis, intended to be completed in a little over three summer sessions, utilizing a combination of the following:
- Resident Summer School Graduate courses
- On-campus Summer Workshop courses
- On-line graduate courses
