Teaching Areas of Interest:
Dr. Sawyer received his Ph.D. from Texas Tech University in 2001. Since that time, he has been teaching at University of Central Missouri, where he also coordinates the department's study abroad program. His scholarly interests include Postcolonial Theory as applied to Latin American prose, and the confluence of history, literature and philosophy. Dr. Sawyer invites you to visit his web site.
