
Pleiades: Award Winning Publication
Pleiades publishes fiction, poetry, essays and reviews by authors from around the world. Many authors whose works have been featured in Pleiades have received awards on their work.

Nance Middle East Collection
Paul J. Nance donated his private collection of Middle Eastern art and artifacts to UCM in 2003. This collection, the largest of its kind in the United States, has a continued impact on multicultural education and East-West cooperation.

Outstanding Performances and Events
The College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences offers some of the most spectacular artistic and cultural events produced by students, faculty and professionals. Our students showcase fine and performing arts in a variety of venues on campus.

High Impact Learning Experiences
Participate in some of the many intensive learning opportunities outside of the classroom, such as the Talking Mules Debate Team, Model United Nations, or performances at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
