Petition to Withdraw From a Course After the Published Drop Date
If you are petitioning to drop an entire semester of classes, call the Office of Student Experience and Engagement at 660-543-4114.
If you are petitioning to drop one or more classes (but not an entire semester of classes), complete the form in its entirety and sign where indicated. Attach necessary documentation from a professional supporting your extenuating circumstances. Return completed petition and supporting documentation to the Registrar’s Office: Ward Edwards Building, Room 1000. You may also fax the form and documentation to 660-543-8400 or email them to email@example.com. You will be notified of the decision through the email address you provide on the top of the form within 10 business days.
