Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council (L.E.T.S.A.C.)
Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council, is the primary traffic law enforcement group supported by the Missouri Police Chief's Association (MPCA) under the authority of Missouri Department of Transportation's (MoDOT) Traffic and Highway Safety Division. The L.E.T.S.A.C. organization provides a link between the local law enforcement agencies, including city, county and state, and the Governor’s Highway Safety Office. Specifically the Organization provides training, information, services, and expert testimony to the General Assembly on a wide variety of requested issues. The organization holds an annual conference each summer to provide up-to-date training for attending traffic officers.

LETSAC Conference – July 2014
LETSAC and MoDOT Traffic and Highway Safety Division are sponsoring a statewide law enforcement conference for all law enforcement officers. The officers will have an opportunity to receive current traffic safety information as well as obtaining POST certified continuing education hours from the Missouri Police Chief’s Association.
