| Marlys Peck, Ph. D. (University of Missouri, 2008) Assistant Professor of Social Work. MSW awarded in 1993 from the University of Missouri. Dr. Peck has taught courses on social work practice, research, communities and organizations, field observation, and human behavior in the environment. Dr. Peck’s work experience includes medical social work, with an emphasis in oncology. Her research interests lie in the areas of medical social work, end of life issues, nursing homes, and the aging population. She is the faculty advisor for Association of Social Work Students (ASWS).
