- Currently receiving a Music Merit Award or any other music related Scholarship
- Currently receiving a Service Award (marching band members do not have to complete the form, if only receiving a marching band service award)
- You are not currently receiving a music scholarship, but would like to be considered for a scholarship for the upcoming academic year

If you are interested in pursuing an instrumental major on the BME degree and wish to be certified to teach vocal music as well (BME Instrumental with dual certification) the department has prepared a suggested course of study.
