Certificate
The certificate program in Technology is designed by the student and a faculty advisor, based upon the curriculum outline below. Each program of study has a significant component of advanced technology study in a high-demand area of occupational preparation. The student may choose to use this program as career preparation for entry into employment, or the student may supplement a baccalaureate degree in a technology area with this area of study.

Core Courses: 10-11 Semester Hours
- General Education Communication (3)
- General Education Mathematical Sciences (3)
- General Education Natural Science with a Lab (4-5)
Technical Electives: 10-11 Semester Hours
The student will complete 10-11 semester hours of approved technical electives from one or more of the high-demand areas of occupational preparation designated by the State of Missouri. This course work will primarily come from the 1,000 and 2,000 levels of technical content. In some individual cases, advanced course work may be required.
Minimum Total: 21 Semester Hours
