Charles M. Ambrose became the University of Central Missouri’s 15th president in 2010. As a career educator and advocate of service learning, he has provided leadership in strategic governance and the development of the Learning to a Greater Degree strategic positioning for student success. He has also led the development of the Strategic Resource Allocation Model, bringing UCM’s needs and society’s demands in line with the resources available to the most efficient delivery of quality education possible.
Learning to a Greater Degree is the expression of the basic function of the University of Central Missouri, identifying the experiences students gain at UCM.
