Additional Course Design Instruction Opportunities
Quality Matters
The UCM Course is not an official Quality Matters course, so if you decide you would
like to continue with QM and become a course reviewer, you will have to take additional
training through Quality Matters. Please coordinate with the QM coordinator, Kathy McCormick at ext 4359 prior to
enrolling. Whether or not you decide to become a course reviewer, through QM training
you will gain new insights and ideas for improving your online course. Additionally,
the Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC) has developed evaluation guidelines
for distance education. A copy of the C-RAC guidelines is provided here.
