Description: Meetings & Conference Services has implemented a university wide web-based scheduling program for all events. This program will link live with Banner and give faculty & staff a comprehensive schedule of each room on campus at any given time. It will allow users the opportunity to view availability and request any reservable space on campus from any internet enabled device – Including phones and tablets!
Training opportunities are available on a first come first serve basis starting August 13th. The minimum is four participants per session, and the maximum number of participants per session is 12.
