For over 15 years, Mrs. Christina Chandler has been developing and teaching computer science and robotics and engineering programs that expose students to real-world experiences to prepare them for the workforce. She earned her Bachelors in Elementary Education from Graceland University and Masters in Career and Technical Leadership from UCM. She is passionate about removing barriers for traditionally underrepresented students to participate in STEM and Career and Technical Education programs. She has worked across the state and presented nationally on strategies to help organizations identify and remove obstacles to help increase diversity in high-needs fields. Mrs. Chandler is currently completing her Doctorate in Leadership with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Technology. In her free time she enjoys reading science fiction, writing, and traveling with her family.
